4. Phone calls, SMS/text messaging, and voicemail terms
By providing your phone number and opting in, you consent to receive phone calls, voicemail messages (including pre-recorded messages), and text messages (SMS/MMS) from AdBolt (Luneru LLC) and its authorized representatives. Calls may be made using automated telephone dialing systems or pre-recorded/artificial voice technology. Communications may include:
Outbound calls to discuss your service inquiry and schedule appointments
Appointment confirmations, reminders, and rescheduling communications
Follow-up calls and messages regarding your service needs
Voicemail messages if you are unavailable to answer
Promotional offers and marketing communications
Call recording: Phone calls with AdBolt and its representatives may be recorded or monitored for quality assurance, training, service improvement, and dispute resolution purposes. By participating in a call, you acknowledge and consent to the recording of that call. If you do not wish to be recorded, you may request to opt out at the beginning of any call or by contacting us at [email protected].
Message frequency: Varies based on your interaction with our services. You may receive up to 10 text messages per month and multiple phone calls as needed to reach you regarding your inquiry.
Message and data rates may apply. Standard carrier rates apply to all text messages sent and received. Standard rates apply to phone calls.
Opt-out: You may opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. You will receive a one-time confirmation and no further text messages will be sent. To opt out of phone calls, reply to any call or message with "Do not call" or email [email protected] to be placed on our internal do-not-call list. We will process opt-out requests within 10 business days.

6. Data retention
We retain your personal information only for as long as necessary to provide our services. Communication records, including call recordings, voicemail logs, and SMS logs, are retained for up to 24 months unless a longer retention period is required by law. You may request deletion of your call recordings at any time by contacting [email protected].

We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.

9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States.
